We may store your information longer than stated above if it is necessary because of legal requirements.

We will review data according to the above once every year and delete your personal data by deleting files containing the personal data or by removing the personal data from the files.

How do We Protect and Safeguard Your Personal Data?
Collected personal data in electronic format (emails, documents, databases, etc.) are stored on the servers of Synergile or an external subcontractor acting as data processor, who has to guarantee the data protection and confidentiality required by the data protection rules.

In order to protect your personal data, we have put in place technical and organizational measures to address online security, risk of data loss, alteration of data or unauthorized access, taking into consideration the risk presented by the data processing and the nature of the personal data being processed.

Who has Access to Your Personal Data and to Whom is it Disclosed?
Access to personal data is restricted solely to authorized persons with a legitimate need to know for the purposes of this processing operation. Such staff abide by statutory rules and, when required, additional confidentiality agreements.
